Kevin A. Klock

Kevin A. Klock is senior vice president of operations and legal affairs (general counsel) at the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH) and adjunct professor and scholar at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University Law Center. He works and teaches at the intersection of global health, public and corporate governance, and public-private partnerships. Klock co-chaired Legal Tools for Pandemic Preparedness: WHO Collaborating Center Support for New Coordinating Mechanisms and played key roles in standing-up the International Finance Facility for Immunisation (IFFIm), developing the Accelerating COVID-19 Therapeutic Interventions and Vaccines initiative (ACTIV), and designing and managing the governance of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance.
