Sam F. Halabi

Sam Halabi is a Senior Scholar at the O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law where he leads the Center for Transformational Health Law. He is the 2018 Fulbright Canada Research Chair in Health Law, Policy, and Ethics as well as the author of Intellectual Property and the New International Economic Order (Cambridge, 2018) and, with Lawrence O. Gostin and Jeff Crowley, Global Management of Infectious Disease after Ebola (Oxford, 2016). In addition, Halabi co-chaired Legal Tools for Pandemic Preparedness: WHO Collaborating Center Support for New Coordinating Mechanisms.
