Niesha Foster

Niesha Foster leads signature global social impact initiatives for Pfizer, including its antibiotic donation program through the International Trachoma Initiative (ITI), which is a program of the Task Force for Global Health. Since 1998, ITI has managed the allocation and distribution of what has amounted to nearly one billion doses of Pfizer's donated antibiotic to treat active trachoma infections across forty countries, a core component of WHO's SAFE strategy.
