Gerald Chirinda

Gerald Chirinda is the founder and CEO of Future Africa Forum and Future Africa Investments. He is also the co-founder of Educate, an education access and improvement company, which partners with schools to provide financial access through the issuing of loans within the education ecosystem. Furthermore, he is the Founder of Youth Combating NTDs, which is a global community of young people who are fighting to end Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs). Prior to this, Gerald founded Tapiwa Capital and served as the Group Financial Analyst at Baines Imaging Group. Gerald Chirinda is a well-published thought leader and has been a guest speaker at events hosted by organizations such as the World Economic Forum, Mo Ibrahim Foundation, The Commonwealth and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He is a BMW Foundation Responsible Leader, a Young Leader at the French-African Foundation, an alumni of the Global Shapers Community and previously served on the Advisory Board for the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust. Gerald holds a MSc in Innovation, Leadership and Management from the University of York.
