Tamara Hafner

Tamara Hafner, PhD is a principal technical advisor with nonprofit global health organization Management Sciences for Health, where she serves as research advisor and technical strategy lead of one of the portfolios on the USAID-funded MTaPS program. She earned her PhD in public administration, with a concentration in global health policy and science and technology policy from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Hafner holds a BS in zoology and biochemistry from the University of the West Indies and a MS in environmental biology from SUNY-ESF.
