Sharmishta Sivaramakrishnan is a global Singaporean currently based in Kigali, Rwanda, with experience across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and both South and Southeast Asia. She leads global operations at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, overseeing strategy and execution across more than 35 countries. Her previous roles span consulting, government, and international development, including positions at the Asian Development Bank, EY-Parthenon, the Government of Singapore, the United Nations, , and the World Economic Forum. A trained development economist, Sharmishta is passionate about trade and health care, systems change, and the public-private handshake. Beyond her professional work, she is an active youth leader—serving as a Harpswell ASEAN Fellow, Head of Young Adults on the Executive Committee of the SINDA Youth Club, Singapore Global Network Ambassador, and World Summit Award Youth Ambassador. She has published print and photography in Forbes, World Economic Forum Agenda, GlobalCitizen.org, ASEAN Post, Times of India, and the Harvard Kennedy School Singapore Policy Journal.
