Safaa Al Hourany is an experienced monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) professional and has more than 15 years of experience supporting humanitarian aid groups in Gaza. She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in computer systems engineering. She currently serves as the MEAL coordinator at Project HOPE, where she leads the design and implementation of MEAL systems across multisector programs, including health, nutrition, protection, and water, sanitation, and hygiene.
