Olatunji Matthew Kolawole is a Professor of Medical Virology and Director, Institute of Molecular Science and Biotechnology, at the University of Ilorin in Nigeria. He is the National Coordinator, Poliovirus Laboratory Containment and a member, National Taskforce on Poliovirus Containment in Nigeria. Kolawole is the Editor in Chief, Annals of Science and Technology and Nigerian Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences. He is a licensed, practicing member, Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria. He is former Head of Department of Microbiology and Fellow, Nigerian Young Academy.
