Lydia Haile is a post-bachelor fellow at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, where she models hearing loss and chronic respiratory disorders for the Global Burden of Disease Study. She is a co-leader of the Black @ IHME Employee Resource Group and a member of the IHME DEI Council.
