John Nkengasong

John Nkengasong is director of the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, a specialized technical institution of the Africa Union. He previously served as Deputy Principal Director (acting) of the Center for Global Health, and as Chief of the International Laboratory Branch, Division of Global HIV and TB, at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
