Jessica Oga

Jessica Oga is head of the Ubingwa Think Tank at Afya na Haki and a Nigerian lawyer and researcher whose work advances Africentric reproductive justice and health governance through strategic litigation and legal accountability, with particular attention to criminalized settings and structurally marginalized communities. She holds a law degree from Benson Idahosa University, a master’s in the law of non-international armed conflicts from the Geneva Academy, and an LLM and PhD in law from Babcock University.
