James Miller is the managing director of Oxford International Development Group, an international health system research company specializing in global health diplomacy based in Oxford, Mississippi. He has been engaged in health diplomacy initiatives with Iran since 2009. His first project was the Mississippi Delta / Iran Rural health research project to adapt Iran’s health house network model to impoverished regions of the United States.
