Emily Briskin

Emily Briskin is an infectious disease epidemiologist who has lived and worked in the United States and across East and West Africa. Briskin has supported humanitarian and development organizations worldwide in outbreak response and operational research, with a focus on the interface of scientific research and policy. Born in Dayton, Ohio, Emily has worked in Puerto Rico, Bangladesh, Israel, France, Uganda, Tanzania, Mali, and Nigeria. She has degrees in molecular biology and French from Yale University and holds a master in public health from the Yale School of Public Health.
