Darren Cuthbert

Darren Cuthbert is an emergency physician and global health advocate committed to delivering care in some of the world's most underserved and crisis-affected regions. As founder of Emergency Project, he leads humanitarian missions addressing health disparities driven by conflict, climate change, and systemic inequities. He is also a faculty member at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and an expedition physician with National Geographic-Lindblad. A U.S. Army veteran, his research and fieldwork focuses on scalable emergency care solutions, capacity-building, and the intersection of global health and humanitarian response.
