Thomas E. Novotny

Thomas E. Novotny is professor emeritus of public health at San Diego State University.  He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and holds a master's degree in public health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.  He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
