Om Prakash Bera

Om Prakash Bera, MD, MPH, MBA, is the country coordinator in India for cardiovascular health at the Global Health Advocacy Incubator. Bera works with a diverse coalition of civil society partners on the development and implementation of strategies to improve hypertension control and reduce trans fat in food. Bera has collaborated with a variety of regional and national government actors, and published in international scientific journals on a range of public health issues, including tuberculosis, tobacco control, epidemic management, big data disease analytics and non-communicable diseases.
