Michael A. Cohen

Michael A. Cohen, PhD, is the director of Monitoring and Evaluation for the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management project. Starting his professional life as a neuroscience researcher at Columbia University, he now incorporates this same systematic reflection when developing practices designed for measuring and communicating impact. Cohen has worked on the ground in over thirty countries and has a particular interest in assessing and modifying behaviors for improved health outcomes.
