Jill Miller

Jill Miller is the director of the Center for Applied Learning and Impact at IREX, a global development and education organization. An international development professional with twenty years of experience in democracy and governance, education, gender, and youth, Miller leads a team at IREX that creates cutting-edge new approaches to development and fosters evaluation, learning, and innovation across the organization. Previously at IREX, as the deputy director of the Democracy, Governance and Media Division, Jill oversaw an extensive portfolio, including initiatives to return stolen assets to Kazakhstan, engage civil society and media in Liberia, and document human rights violations in Syria.
