Abi McGowan

Abi McGowan is a research associate for Southeast Asia and U.S. Foreign Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations. She received her master's in Global Security and Borders from Queen's University Belfast, Northern Ireland, where she researched the European Union's migration policies.
