Samuel Ostroff

Samuel Ostroff is a publications officer at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) and affiliate faculty in the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington. At IHME, Samuel supports global health research projects focused on improving population health in Pakistan and Indonesia. Samuel earned a joint PhD in South Asia studies and history at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MA in Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies from Columbia University. He completed his undergraduate studies at Bucknell University.
